OSCACER - CÉSAR ROLA, LDA

The Steelgreen Group is part of is OSCACER – César Rola, Lda. It is a 100% national capital group dedicated to the transformation and sale of steel products.It was founded in 1944 and changed to its current name in 1956, but this company comes from António Rola, Filhos, whose foundation dates go back to 1907. The trade in flat steel products started in 1956, but it was not until the mid-1980s that the servicecenter was inaugurated, allowing the supply of material to be cut transversally and longitudinally.

FERLITO - FERROS DO LITORAL, S.A.

Ferlito, Ferros do Litoral, S.A., was founded in 1989. Currently has an ownership structure 100 per cent owned by Oscacer. Oscacer is a company with more than 100 years in Portuguese business.
Ferlito dedicates to the marketing of long steel products (rod concrete, beams, bars and steel pipes), plans (hot rolled, cold rolled, galvanised, electrogalvanised, picked and oiled, floor plates anti-slip, laser, abrasen resistent, Corten-corrosione resistent) and wire drawing (meshes, wires and nails), products for construction segments or metallurgy segments, locks and other industries.

CODIMETAL INDUSTRIES, S.A.

Born in 1984, CODIMETAL began to operate only in the commercial area, but quickly turned into an industrial company with the transformation of steel and metals, starting the industrial activity with the manufacturing of welded mesh, with a production line that began fabrication in 1987.

    Update of name OSCACER - César Rola, Lda.

    On January 18, 1965, the company was renamed Oscar & César Rola, limited - OSCACER. In 1977, the name of OSCACER - César Rola, LDA. Originally "António Rola, Filhos" transformed in 1965 into a limited company "Óscar & César Rola, limitada - Oscacer" and later changed the firm to "OSCACER-César Rola, Lda in 1977.

    In 1989, OSCACER - César Rola, Lda establishes a partnership with the Spanish commercial company of laminates, leader in the sector of long products of the Iberian Peninsula, from which Ferlito is born.

    As a result of the partnership between Ferlito and Domingos da Silva Teixeira, Steelgreen S.A., Steel Services Center in Vila Verde - Braga, is constituted, focusing on the manufacture of cast rod.
